God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,
though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam,
though the mountains tremble at its swelling. -- Psalm 46:1-3

Our Appalachian neighbors in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina have experienced incredible loss in recent weeks.  At FBC, we want to model the love of Christ by being good neighbors and meeting needs in a time of trouble.  We have the opportunity to travel to Newport, TN to serve on a debris cleanup crew.  There are also opportunities to give to the cause right here in our community.  We have details below about how you can give, go, and gather to serve those in need.
